Of course, subcontractors will suggest their own variations based on their intuition and experience. According to our experience, there were some cases when “experienced” contractors could fix a socket above the bathtub! Operation of a bathroom in this case could lead not to a short-circuit failure only but could become a real deadly threat to the owner!

Quite often house owners contact us because their subcontractors made them spent immense and unreasonable amount of money for arranging sewer systems which are absolutely not comfortable from the point of view of functional usage.

We have conducted a lot of evaluations at residential buildings damaged by fire which was caused by burning electricity systems which were improperly arranged.
